Mabelline
Mabelline is a registered 23-year-old American Paint Horse mare. This flaxen-haired vixen came to us as part of the Winona Herd in 2018. You can read all about the Winona Herd here!
Mabelline was one of the first to be adopted from that rescued herd of 42 horses, but her adopter died in late 2022. As a result, Mabelline came to Pegasus. We agreed to accept her bestie, Sadie Louise, along with her so that the two could stay together. We would love for Sadie Louise and Mabelline to find a forever home together.
Mabelline was never trained to ride, but she has excellent manners and is very easy to manage. She’s a cool customer in the herd and gets along well with her pasture mates. She has a very lovely disposition and would make a great companion for those looking to just give a horse a loving home.
