Duke
Duke is a 25-year-old registered Quarter Horse. This beautiful guy’s registered name is “Hunk A Money,” and let me assure you, he is definitely a hunk! Duke was surrendered to The Pegasus Project in October 2021, when his owners were moving and could no longer keep him. They had acquired Duke when he was just 4 years old, and so we know he was always properly cared for and loved. It took us very little time to get Duke tuned up and ready for adoption. Duke is extremely healthy and sound. And even though he is 24, he likes to move on down the trail. Duke would be perfect for the weekend rider who just wants to have fun. He is sweet, people-oriented, well-mannered and loves his pasture mates. Duke can live with mares or geldings and is easy to trim and vet. In short, Duke is kind of the perfect horse. We can’t believe he’s still here!
